Composed of 4 spacious bedrooms including a master suite (with shower room), the 2 versions of the HESTIA model offer a living area of between 145 and 162 m2. The integrated garage or optional for version 5.162 is equipped with a highly insulating metal door.
Mission
With sectional opening, it also has the advantage of being motorized and controllable from the application provided. All versions of the HESTIA model, houses with high thermo-acoustic insulation, comply with RE 2020.
